I'm trying to do some world building for Night Creatures. This is one of the tree villages where day-fairies live. Since at this point humans are still hunter-gatherers living somewhere in eastern Ateer, fairies don't have any need to keep their dwellings hidden. They still like being off the ground, though.
This was SUPER fun to draw! I love experimenting with perspective, and it took some playing to get the hang of this architecture. Turns out, all I had to do was make a grid across the tree trunk, then pop the shapes out into boxes.
So fun!
